Sr Miriam is currently in the country visiting all the SSpS communities to spend time with them and listen to their stories of success and struggles.

The Superior General visited the Mount Hagen Community after visiting the Goroka Community. From there, she traveled to Yampu to visit the community there before traveling out to visit the communities in other countries.

“It’s a lovely feeling experiencing the warm welcome and reception of my sisters here in the communities in PNG. They have organized well and ensured that there is a sister in the last community I visit to bring me to the next community.

This is her third time to visit Papua New Guinea.

The Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit has over three thousand members in 46 countries in the world and has several communities in Papua New Guinea.
