Celebrating Mother’s Day, Birthdays, and Milestones in Service

The Catholic Bishops Conference of Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands joyfully marked today’s celebration of Mother’s Day, honoring all mothers and mother figures among its staff for their love, dedication, and invaluable contribution to both family and Church life.

The occasion also included a special remembrance of staff members celebrating their birthdays in the month of May, adding to the spirit of gratitude and fellowship.

In a further highlight, the Conference recognized significant milestones in religious service: His Excellency Bishop Dariusz Kaluza for 33 years of dedicated service, His Excellency Justin Ain Soongie for 21 years, His Grace Archbishop Christopher Cardone for 40 years, and Sr Ancy John on her 45th anniversary of religious life.
