The workshop was guided by the theme “Lainim na Kisim save: mi husait, na Redi long mekim wok Misin"

Integral Human Development Formation promotes welfare, motivate the young people into learning process and consideration to the so - called hygiene of personal emotions.

The workshop was intentionally the response to seven (7) pastoral priorities to build, form, empower, challenge, and educate the youth as they are our problem to be solved.

The IHD workshop was very impressive and flexible to the extent that the youth could discover so many aspects related to their life.

With great enthusiasm and a listening heart and active presence of belongingness, they actively participated till the end.

Patrician brother(FSP), Br. Thomas Boship tirelessly conducted the workshop to the level of all youths.

He began by quoting (Exodus 3:13-14) to grasp the attention and help participants identify themselves through different stages of growth in different aspects of life.

Br Thomas emphasised that all these factors have an influence over the young people’s behaviour and growth in all aspects of life.

"Whatever happens in your married life, it would be transmitted to your future children. Children should come out of a Sacramental marriage or relationship. Therefore it is important to have a good married life”

The program also gave the young people an opportunity to go for confessions, pray rosary, spend time in silence and have adoration in front of the blessed Sacrament.

The young expressed sentiments of gratitude to have the guidance of the religious brothers and sisters throughout the workshop.

The program ended with a Eucharistic Thanksgiving Mass which was presided by Rev. Fr. Tonny Simbel CP and parish priest Rev. Fr. Patrick. Possani.
