The main celebrant was Most Rev Bp Donald Francis Lippert OFM Cap assisted by the Vicar General Fr. Pius Hal and Fr. Nelson Matthew.

Present were all 34 priests in the diocese, together with the religious brothers, sisters and the lay faithful.

More than a hundred people gathered for the launching mass which had a beautiful setting with the Holy Eucharist procession that had people adore Jesus.

In the shepherd’s homily, his Lordship shared that we adore Jesus during the holy mass celebrated every day and in the weekly adoration and encouraged us to radiate Christ’s love to our brothers and sisters through our deeds.

“Feel free to go to church and spend an hour with Jesus in the blessed Tabernacle, make Jesus your first friend, then others. Set your mind and heart to Jesus and he will control your life”.

Those who attended the celebration shared similar sentiments of feeling blessed and enjoying the celebration.

Meanwhile, parishioners in the diocese had a day of adoration at the main parishes.
