Held from February 11-13, the unforgettable event brought together participants under the theme: "We Are One Body of Christ Though Many Parts in Unity Despite Diversity of Culture, Nationalities, languages and Race."

The purpose of the gathering was for the consecrated religious men and women to share their faith journey and experiences in order to find better solutions to help one another overcome the obstacles  faced in their missions.

The discussions and sessions was chaired by the Shepherd of the Diocese, His Lordship Bishop Donald Lippert OFM Cap.

The sessions were focused on the sub theme: "We Are One Body of Christ" and explored the questions, "Why are we here?" and "Why have we been called to this precious vocation as priests, brothers, and sisters?”

It was emphasized that the main purpose of our calling is the salvation of souls—bringing the light of Christ to those in darkness and guiding them back to the light and into the Church. In doing so, we also aspire to enter heaven. Additionally, we discussed the importance of enculturation, which involves understanding, respecting, and internalizing one another's values and cultural backgrounds.

The sharing and communion experienced during the meeting were both enriching and uplifting. The participants took the time to appreciate and affirm one another, which helped sustain their spirits despite the challenges we encountered in various ministries.

In addition to the discussions, there were presentations, showcasing talents and cultural shows from both expatriate missionaries and local missionaries. These displays allowed attendees to witness and appreciate the diverse values and gifts each group brings to our community, highlighting our different backgrounds and traditions.

The final day concluded with a Mass and exchange of gifts and flowers between nationals and expatriates, symbolizing the appreciation and love we have for one another.

Participants expressed gratitude to their shepherd, Bishop Donald Lippert OFM Cap, for bringing them together for the remarkable and gracious moment that they will not forget.
